We look over the paint and the inside with you and flag anything that needs saying before we start. Heavy dirt adds $15, and you hear about that now rather than at the till.

A family run detailing shop on Windham Rd 3 in Vanessa, working across Norfolk County, Brantford and Oxford County.
Who we are
Two brothers and a shop vac.
We're Simon and Noah. We run this together, and we have been at it four years now.
Plenty of what comes through is what you would expect, a minivan that has carried one too many kids or a work truck nobody has ever properly cleaned. Some of it is not. There is a Ford Model A in the gallery, an S63 AMG that took most of a day, and a fire truck we washed in the bay.
Family run, which in practice means whoever picks up the phone is one of the two people who will be doing the work.
We travel
The shop is in Vanessa. Most of our work comes from Norfolk County, Brantford and Brant County, and Oxford County, and we go further when it is worth the drive.
Two bucket method
Wash mitt in one bucket, rinse in the other. It is slower, and it is why we are not putting your own dirt back across the paint.
Priced by vehicle size
Sedans one rate, SUVs and trucks another. The only thing that moves is the $15 heavy dirt charge, and you agree to that first.
We fix what we missed
Notice something when you get home? Bring it back and we will sort it out.
How a detail runs
The order matters as much as the products.
Six stages, in this order every time. Skip one and the next just moves dirt around.
Wash
Spray foam, then two buckets. Wheels and tires first so the brake dust does not end up on clean panels.
Decontamination
Clay bar on the Supreme package. This is the step that makes paint feel like glass instead of fine sandpaper.
Interior
Vacuum, then shampoo and steam depending on the package. Leather gets conditioned rather than just wiped.
Protection
High gloss wax by hand. Ceramic coating if you have booked it, which then needs curing time in the shop.
Check over
Glass last, because it picks up everything. Then we walk around it with you before you drive off.
